On the afternoon of October 25, 2021, leaders of Dongguan Investment Promotion Bureau visited Xinhong Oufeiguang Bay Science and Technology Innovation Center for investigation. Lu Jianting, deputy general manager of Xinhong Group, and project management personnel received the delegation in person. This survey aims to understand xinhong Oufeiguang · Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Center as one of the representatives of the established M0 project in Dongguan, its project construction progress, investment promotion and operation and other aspects.

At the beginning of the investigation, dongguan Investment Promotion Bureau came to the project site to inspect the construction site. Lu Jianting, deputy general manager of Xinhong Group, introduced the basic situation of the project construction to everyone present. The project is planned to be constructed in three phases. The first phase will be started in July 2020 and one third of the construction progress has been completed. The first phase building 1 is planned to be closed by the end of June 2022. Building 2 is planned to be capped in March 2022, Building 3 is planned to be capped in November 2021, and Building 4 is planned to be capped in December 2022.

Then, everyone came to the industrial Development Center to visit the sand table of the project, and Li Nelei, investment promotion director of Oufeiguang bay Science and Technology Innovation Center, introduced the basic situation of the park's business format and investment promotion progress to everyone. After listening to the introduction, the investment promotion Bureau expressed high praise for our good investment promotion achievements.
